Do you like being surrounded by nature?  And have you ever dreamed of staying under a waterfall? If you answer these questions with yes, my recommendation might fit perfectly your interests perfectly.

On Saturday we – a group of students –  rented cars and drove to Josephine Falls and Milaa Milaa falls.  The drive across farms, fields, bushes and a creek was already stunning itself and in connection with good music and funny people a real highlight.  So small wonder that we sometimes stopped to take photos. Once we arrived at the Josephine Falls car park, a path through the rainforest and the increasing sound of the water lead to the spectacular waterfall. For all the adventurous ones a swim in the fresh water and sliding down a part of the waterfall is a must do, but don’t worry if you don’t feel comfortable with this – relaxing on a rock and enjoying nature is also very recommendable. While hearing the sound of splashing water and feeling the sun warming up your body, you feel like you’re dreaming.  Then our journey went on to Milaa Milaa falls, a picturesque natural phenomenon.  Enjoy the breathtaking view or go for a swim, but mind you, the water is freezing cold. Nevertheless taking a strong shower under a waterfall and then the experience of standing behind the waterfall  – in between the rock and the water fall- is just amazing.
