I have been there before. It was a lovely scenery.
Check in at the Reef Terminal at 07:00 am. , the boat will depart at 07:30 am. After about 45 minutes you will arrive there.
You can walk around, go snorkeling, listen to music, take a rest on Fitzroy Island.
You can walk through the rain forest and climb to the top of the mountain and see Little Fitzroy.
It was a good experience for me.
