Hello, I’m a Customer Service Course student. During the course we learn about customer service at a hotel or a restaurant, and we can get a lot of certificates. I studied General English at CCEB for two months. It was really good, but now it’s more interesting and exciting!!! I was working at a hotel in Okinawa in Japan, so I know customer service a little. But this course should help me with serving foreign customers. After the customer service course finishes here, I’d like to work at a hotel in Japan.
