We made Korean food

I made Korean food such as Gimbap and Japchae with a Korean friend and host daughter. The host daughter has never made Korean food so she made it in an interesting way.

Here are the ingredients for simple Gimpab.

  1. 2tbs sesame oil and salt
  2. 1 or 2 cups rice
  3. 1 small bunch spinach
  4. 1 large carrot
  5. Yellow pickled radish
  6. Dried seaweed

You can put any vegetables in!

Simple instructions:

  1. Cook the rice
  2. Bring a large pot of water to a boil over high heat; boil spinach and carrot and season with sesame oil and salt.
  3. Spread rice evenly over the dried seaweed.
  4. Lay the prepared ingredients on top of the rice and roll and serve.
