Nature in Korea

If you go to South Korea, I recommend that you visit one of mountains in South Korea. It is called Jiri Mountain, which consists of numerous peaks, and it is known to be well-preserved and clean. It is located between two states in the south of the country. If a foolish person lives in the mountain, the person will become a genius so that’s why the mountain is called Jiri.

If you go there, you can see an incredible sunrise; the scarlet sunlight from the horizon in the east is spectacular and it is the best place to watch it in Korea.

Also, there are so many beautiful places which are Jiri Mountain National Park, Valley courses, temples etc.

And, if you are lucky, you might even see a wild Asian black bear in the mountain. But you will need to run away from it because it could attack you when it sees you!

The Asian black bear normally eats everything, for example, fruits, vegetables and small animals. So I recommend you to run away or go to the zoo to see it. Normally, you couldn’t see it in the wild because it is a nocturnal creature. It has a half moon shaped pattern on its chest so that’s why it’s also known as a Moon Bear or White-Chested Bear. The Asian bear, which size is only between 120 to 180 cm and weight is 65 to 150 kg, is considered a medium size bear amongst bear species. Its natural enemy is the tiger, which we cannot see in South Korea anymore. Anyway, there are only a few Asian black bears left in Korea. Thank you for your time.
