Wine Tasting last Friday

As part of their training, Customer Service Course students organised a Wine Tasting event in the lunchroom last Friday. They presented eight different Australian wines and made delicious finger food, including tuna and (home made) mayo mini sandwiches, mini pizzas and caprese skewers with fresh basil, cheese and grape tomatoes. The students also practised using their RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol), which is part of the course, by checking the IDs of all the participants to make sure the patrons attending the function were allowed to drink alcohol by Australian law.

CCEB students enjoyed a little presentation of the wines and the nibbles served. It was a great party!
