It was a couple of months ago when the last Customer Service Course finished and it’s time for the next one to start already! Our marketing team has renamed it and it’s now called Job Ready but the course content remains the same. As you’ll see in the picture gallery below, Job Ready Course students get trained in many areas of the hospitality industry. Apart from learning how to make different kinds of coffees and several different cocktails, they also practise wine and beer pouring skills, napkin folding, taking orders and setting tables, to mention a few.
Congratulations to all the recent Job Ready Course students! You did really well! All the best for your future!
